An administrator for a private school in Manhattan was so impressed by HotelNewspapers during a personal trial, she wanted the service for the whole school. The students now receive HotelNewspapers by email and view them on school iPads. The students use HotelNewspapers to stay current on international news, and learn new languages in the process.
A small chain of hotels based in Asia had one hotel of its group as an existing Good Morning News customer. We were asked to extend the service to the rest of the group. One of the hotels wished to upgrade to the Hotel Newspapers service and wanted to incorporate advertising to promote its own services. The Headland Media customer service team was able to incorporate this requirement into the corporate deal and the group now receives Good Morning News to five of its hotels with a customised version of British, German and French Hotel Newspapers delivered daily to the sixth hotel with advertising.
An individual hotelier in Europe contacted us after seeing our newspapers whilst on a cruise. He checked the website and saw that we also provided a personalised daily news service to hotels. He loved the version he had seen on the cruise liner but contacted us to ask if we had a more cost effective edition of Italian, Spanish and German news, suitable for an independent hotel. We were delighted to be able to provide him with our Good Morning News service and he is receiving excellent feedback from his guests.
A large international hotel chain was already a customer of our Hotel Newspapers service and approached us to ask about including advertising in their most popular editions. We were able to create a special branded template for them which enables them to incorporate two eye-catching adverts in their French, German and British editions. They are able to change the adverts when they wish and keep the message to their guests pertinent and fresh.
When U-19 football championships took place in Caen, France recently, two hotels which already received our Good Morning News service, were hosting the teams. The hotels asked if we could supply Portuguese, Croatian, Austrian and Dutch newspapers to cover the temporary demand and we were delighted to upgrade them to the Hotel Newspapers service for a week and provide them with the news they required.
Following requests from numerous key customers for an Arabic newspaper, we were delighted to launch a four-page edition.
