Hotel of the Week: Haus Hammerstein

Haus Hammerstein is one of Lebenshilfe North Rhine-Westphalia’s educational and recreational institutions located in Hückeswagen, Western Germany, since 1986.

Lebenshilfe North Rhine-Westphalia is a German charitable non-profit organisation for disabled people. The aim of “Lebenshilfe” (life help) is to fully integrate people with disabilities as well as their families into society.

Haus Hammerstein applies to families, single parents, disabled and non disabled people of all age groups and offers training courses, seminars and leisure facilities with different topics. Moreover it gives people the opportunity to enjoy a few days off.

Haus Hammerstein presently has 19 single rooms and 22 double rooms with a total of 56 beds, including 8 barrier-free rooms, suitable especially for people with disabilities.
